I read a blog post about artificial Christmas trees being hazardous for health because of their lead content and I started worrying my family and I might be at risk of lead poisoning. That’s because we only use fake trees since 10 years ago and we always allowed the children play around the tree, touch the branches… you know, that’s what Christmas trees are for in the first place.
Now I wonder whether there’s a method to find out which is the lead content in our plastic tree. Do you happen to know any lab that does such tests?
